The Harland diaspora
Home
The Early Diaspora told the story of  the children of John Harland (1854) of Bessbrook in County Armagh, Northern Ireland, where they settled and who they married.  The Later Generations are scattered right around the world, but despite this many of the sept have kept in touch.

The stories of  John Harland’s 14 great-grandchildren, 20 great-great-grandchildren and four great-great-great-grandchildren (as at  2008)  await the penmanship of the family’s future archivists and historians.

If you are one of these descendants, or indeed you know of additional descendants, and would like to add information to the website, please email the site’s coordinator, Rachel Harland (rachelharland@gmail.com), ideally enclosing a photograph and profile.

Such contributions will be vital to keeping this online record of the family dynamic and alive.
